HVAC Experts is the public brand of Temperature Pros Orlando LLC. Founded in 2015, our parent company has built a reputation in Central Florida for clean diagnostic work and honest pricing.
The HVAC industry has a structural compensation problem. Standard pay is commission-based. The technician at your door earns more if they sell more. Most are honest people inside a system that rewards selling. We built differently.
The non-commission principle
Every HVAC Experts technician earns a flat salary. The same amount, every call. We evaluate them on diagnostic accuracy and customer feedback, not revenue per visit.

Every technician is background-checked, NATE-certified or in training, and EPA 608 certified. Real names, real credentials, real bios at the team page.
How we use technology
Paige is our 24/7 AI assistant. She answers questions, schedules calls, and routes emergencies. The industry average first-contact time on a service request is 47 minutes. We aim for under 5.
Every visit is documented. Photos, findings, recommendations. Customers get a clean digital service record after every call. No mystery. No paper-only quotes.
Local, not corporate
