  • Should I get a second opinion from HVAC Experts?

  • What if I'm already a Frank Gay maintenance plan member?
    You can switch or run both. ProPlan covers HVAC only and includes 2 maintenance visits, priority scheduling, no overtime, and repair discounts. If you keep Frank Gay for plumbing or electrical and switch HVAC to us, you get the non-commission HVAC layer without losing your other coverage.
  • Do you handle plumbing or electrical too?
    No. We're HVAC specialists. AC, heat pumps, indoor air quality, duct work. If you need plumbing or electrical, we'll tell you to call someone else who specializes in it. We'd rather refer than pretend to know what we don't.
